Rachel takes photographs in both colour and black and white; in her studio, on location or in your own home. She photographs people of all ages and from all walks of life, but specialises in children and families. Rachel believes it should be fun having a portrait sitting and her contemporary approach allows her to capture the real character of her subjects. Clients are advised to bring a selection of outfits and accessories to the shoot, the things that they feel most comfortable in and enjoy wearing. “Everyone looks great when they are relaxed and enjoying themselves,” says Rachel. “You don’t have to be attractive in a conventional sense for your natural beauty to shine through.” The studio has plenty of space, giving you room to move around, and extends into an attractive walled garden. The natural setting really helps, especially with children.
